Community Online Sessions

Do you run a community support group and arrange regular face-to-face meetings? Would you like ways of supporting members who can’t attend your in-person events? If so, my online sessions could be just what you and they need.

You can hire me to organise relaxation and wellbeing events online.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many social groups that previously met in-person at community or church halls were no longer able to do this. To help reduce feelings of isolation and to encourage connection, many groups began meeting online. With this in mind, I redesigned my relaxation and well-being services so that some could be delivered online.

As well as delivering my workshops online, I delivered 1-2-1 treatment sessions online too. These online sessions were well attended and much needed. As there are still organisations that want to support members who can’t attend their in-person meetings, I have continued to provide this service.

How Online 1-2-1 Sessions Work

Over a minimum of two hours, I will provide each of your service users with a private 20 to 30-minute session in a Zoom Room (or similar online platform). All you need to provide is access for us both to use your online platform. Take a look at my full Carers’ Programme here.

Online treatment sessions online 1-2-1 sessions

Each person can choose to have support through:- 

  • Learning stress relief techniques
  • Learning relaxation and breathing techniques
  • Having a meditation, visualisation & mindfulness session
  • Having a Reiki treatment

The above menu of treatments has been chosen as they all help to promote mental and physical relaxation and aid stress relief.

I booked this session because I wanted more knowledge and information on using different tools to help me relax. The 1-2-1 time made me commit to the session. This is very hard unless I have a solid fixed appointment as I often let things slip if it’s just for me. During the session, I learnt to quiet my mind and to allow myself to feel what I feel. After the session I felt relaxed and calm.

Online Talks & Workshops

As well as treatments, a selection of talks and workshops are available and are designed to promote and encourage self-care. These will be adapted to suit the needs of your group.


As these sessions are online, location is not an issue. All you will need to provide is access to your online platform.

Sharon lives with her partner, Geoff, in Warwickshire and they have two adult children. She worked for over 25 years in an office environment, gaining qualifications to degree level in finance, business and management. While there Sharon witnessed and experienced many stressful situations and suffered stress-related illnesses.
