We will keep your personal data for as long as is necessary fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. We need to keep certain information about you for 10 years after you cease to be a client, for insurance purposes. At the end of the retention period your data will be deleted.

We aim to keep your details up-to-date. If there are any changes to your personal data (such as name, change of address, email, phone number) please let us know as soon as possible by email.

Rights to access information

The GDPR gives you various rights to the information we hold about you. Such rights can be exercised by you in accordance with the GDPR. If you wish to make a Subject Access Request, please send the request to sharon@complete-harmony.co.uk and marked for the attention of Sharon Taylor. In line with the regulation, all reasonable requests will be free of charge and processed within the permitted time period. Repeated requests may be subject to a fee which Complete Harmony will advise you of prior to processing such requests.

We are committed to protecting your personal data but if for some reason you are not happy with any aspect of how we collect and use your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk).
