Retreats and Workshops

Taking time out to attend one of my retreats or workshops will help to recharge, rejuvenate and restore your sense of wellbeing.

It’s time to put yourself on your to-do list and take some well-deserved timeout to address your mental, emotional and physical needs before it’s too late.

If your answer to any of the above is YES, then my retreats and workshops are for you.

Each event is designed to be supportive and encouraging and you will be in the company of other like-minded women. You will discover tools and strategies to help you make positive and empowering changes to your life.


Venues for half-day workshops are located in Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield or Knowle.

One of the venues for full-day retreats is the beautiful and serene Champneys Springs Health Spa in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

What to expect

During a typical event we will cover some of the following: –

  • How to recognise what’s holding you back and start making choices to support what YOU want.
  • Exploring techniques to re-ignite YOUR enthusiasm.
  • Practicing different ways of helping YOU to relax mentally and physically.

Half-day events start at approx. 9.30am and end at around 1.30pm, with full-day events end at approx. 4.30pm.

  • Vision boards

To create an intimate, focused group, places are always limited. There will usually be an option to book additional 1:1 time with me or my fellow mentors on the day for private sessions. I will provide you with support, tools and education, helping you to leave feeling lighter in both mentally and physically.
