It’s said that moving home is one of the most stressful things we do in our life. With the death of a loved one and divorce being two other highly stressful life events.
Although I haven’t moved home, I found myself experiencing a level of stress associated with moving when looking for new premises to work from.
In 2006 I started my journey as a complementary therapist by setting up my first practice in Knowle and spent many good years there. People came for reflexology, reiki and massage treatments from local areas of Knowle, Solihull and Coventry as well as from further afield, Warwick, Redditch and Worcester. I enjoyed many good years working in Knowle. Earlier this year when I received calls from clients I had worked with there who wanted treatments again, I decided it was time to bring my services back to Knowle.
One of the venues I worked from was The Treatment Rooms. After contacting them to see if there were any rooms available for hire, I waited in nervous anticipation. I was delighted and relieved to hear that they had several suitable spaces there for me to work from.
The charming character and calming atmosphere of the 14th century cottages in which The Treatment Rooms are housed is ideal for the treatments and services I now deliver. I’m thrilled to be returning to Knowle and opening a clinic there again.
On my return to Knowle I will be bringing with me my Treatment Courses. Being passionate about helping people to reduce and manage their stress levels, I have carefully designed and developed these courses in response to the needs of clients over the last 12 years. These courses are for anyone who wants to be more proactive in addressing their health and wellbeing needs.
As well as providing one-to-one treatments I’m looking forward to running workshops from here too. For more information on these, check out my workshop page.
If you would like to know how working with me can help you to get clarity on what’s causing you to feel stressed and then establish better strategies for managing your stress more effectively, book a ‘Discovery Call’ to start the conversation towards a more calm, in control and happier you.
With these new premises in Knowle, together with my current clinic in Tamworth, I will be able to help more people reduce and manage their stress levels.
