Why have a courses of treatments?

Your course of treatments provides you with a personal approach to help you manage your physical and mental stress and anxiety levels. With treatments, a listening ear and advice on lifestyle, your course will be designed to achieve and maintain a calmer, more focused and happier you and to reduce physical pain and discomfort.

I first went to see Sharon when I was having constant back and shoulder pains. I had massage treatments to my head/shoulders and my back which has resulted in me having less stiffness in my shoulders and less pain in my back. I’ve now moved onto having regular reflexology treatments which are helping to reduce my illogical reactions to daily stress.

Since having treatments I’ve noticed that I now have a more open attitude towards leaving things to deal with instead of the desperate need to attend to them immediately. I first visited Sharon for treatments back in 2015. Recently, when I started feeling anxious and in need of help relaxing I contacted Sharon again. When I contacted Sharon I wanted help relaxing, improvement in my posture and to have more self-confidence. My course started with reiki and guided meditation then a few weeks later facial reflexology was added which I found so relaxing. About Sharon

Sharon lives with her partner Geoff in Warwickshire and they have two adult children. She worked for over 25 years in an office environment, gaining qualifications to degree level in finance, business and management. While there she witnessed and experienced many stressful situations and suffered illnesses which were stress related.

Sharon was advised to make some changes to her lifestyle which included trying complementary therapies. After experiencing the benefits of complementary treatments, she decided to retrain and to share her knowledge and experiences to help others recognise and manage their own physical and emotional stress and anxiety levels.

Sharon has been working as a complementary therapist for over 12 years now, and she loves helping people to feel uplifted, focused, positive and empowered about their lives.
